Library

The Bridgewater Village School library is located in part of the historical Southgate building where the town clerk's office is also housed. Our library is an active place. All students have an opportunity to attend library classes each week. The students meet for literature enrichment and library and research skills. BVS participates in the Red Clover and the Dorothy Canfield Fisher book programs. The library holds a unique Sense of Place collection of current as well as historical Vermont materials. Our library space is also used for various meetings and special learning sessions. Parents are welcome to come to our library and check out books. The librarian is available on Mondays.
